Huddersfield Group A+ walk.
Our A+ walks, usually on the 2nd Saturday of the month, are for those who enjoy a challenging walk, often at a brisker pace and sometimes with considerable ascent and descent and/or rough, off-path terrain. A high level of physical fitness and stamina is therefore required. If in doubt, please contact the leader in advance of the walk to ask for friendly advice.
Bring a packed lunch.
Meet at Penistone railway station. Linear walk to Brockholes. Car users may wish to park at Brockholes station (postcode HD9 7EB) and catch the 9.22 train to Penistone (arrives 9.42). Please check train times before travel.
