We are the North Hampshire Downs Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Christchurch station, around Christchurch harbour including Hengistbury Head, Mudeford Quay, & Stanpit March Nature Reserve. Ferry across harbour entrance (£2.50 cash required). Lunch at Mudeford Quay. Café/pub option (menu at www.havenhouseinn.uk) or bring picnic. Level walk except for accent of Hengistbury Head and on good tracks. Some pavement walking. Shorter walking option is to take bus back from Mudeford or ferry back from Hengistbury Head spit. Also option of pub at end near station.

Meet either (1) at 0830h Basingstoke railway station to catch 0849 train to Christchurch station (arrives 0952h), or (2) at 1000h Christchurch railway station car park. Parking charge £2 all day or in road. Return trains xx30h.
