We start at Christchurch Railway Station with a train ride to Hinton Admiral to start this linear walk.
Chargeable parking (£3.00 all day) available in the station carpark or free on adjoining roads.
From Hinton Admiral station we wander through Walkford and Chewton Bunny out to the coast path from where we head west for a few miles along a beautiful stretch to Mudeford. The walk then takes us through Stanpit Marsh nature reserve around the Priory and through Christchurch back to our start point.

The time of the Train from Christchurch is 10.14, please allow plenty of time to catch the train.

People traveling from the west my choose to take the train directly to the start point and return back from Christchurch Station.
Train times are Weymouth 8.48, Dorchester 9.00, Wool 9.13, Wareham 9.20 change at Poole
Parkstone 9.37 Change at Bournemouth
Poole 9.55, Bournemouth 10.06, Pokesdown 9.10
Return trains are 15.13 or 16.13 with a change at Bournemouth for all stations to Weymouth
Please check the weather beforehand, wear suitable clothing and footwear as some areas may be muddy with recent heavy rainfall.
Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink. No dogs except for assistance dogs. Remember to check the Dorset 4050 Group page on the day, as sometimes (albeit rarely) walks have to be cancelled at the last minute because of bad weather.
There are optional refreshments at one of the pubs in Christchurch at the end of the walk.
