We are the Bromley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the car park on Hosey Common, we go by Mariner's Hill and Obriss Farm to the green at Ide Hill where we stop for lunch. About 6 miles and 200m of ascent spread over a series of shortish climbs.
After lunch, we go back through the grounds of Emmetts and up the many steps to French Street before arriving back at the car park. An easy 3 miles, largely downhill but for the hill up to and past Emmetts (and those steps ...)
A pub lunch will be available at The Cock Inn by the green in Ide Hill. For picnickers, there are benches around the green, and hot drinks and snacks are available at the community shop next to the village hall and car park
