We are the Amber Valley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk with Jane and Dave, going north skirting Bunster Hill, following footpath above west side of the River Dove, Stanshope, Alstonefield, Wetton and then returning above the Manifold Valley to Ilam for well earned cuppa.

Mainly on tracks, fields and woods with very little road walking. There are 2 sharpish hills and 1 fairly steep descent before lunch but after lunch very easy walking.
Parking -Ilam Park ( NT members free) or on roadside in Ilam. Meet - At the memorial on road junction in Ilam (SK136508) ready for 9.30 start.
