Overview

We will walk along side the River Ouse, joining the Sussex Ouse Valley Way towards Newick. The walk continues in a clockwise direction , passing through Buckham Hill and Horsted Green, and underneath Dingley Dell Terminal on the Lavender Line.
As regular walkers will be aware, everywhere is wet and muddy underfoot, and this walk is no exception. Otherwise it is an easy walk with gentle undulations. There are lots of stiles.
We will start at 9.45am.

The walk starts from Isfield Village Hall Car Park, Station Road, Isfield. TN22 5XG, TQ449177. Coming through Isfield village from the A26 direction, continue RIGHT THROUGH the village. The village hall is on the left hand side after a sharp left hand bend opposite Tile Barn Close. The sign for the village hall is on a pole opposite, but it has been turned around to point the wrong way! There is a small 30mph sign lower down the pole. (Please note, we are NOT meeting at the car park under the yellow height barrier earlier on.)
