Overview

A short 5.5 mile walk for new walkers and anybody else that would like to explore the interesting heritage features of Ironbridge. Starting off by the Jackfield church with it's unusual round spire separated with columns. We use the old railway and footpaths wherever possible to do an anticlockwise circular crossing the wood bridge and passing under the Ironbridge. At Ironbridge we will stop for a break and a snack if you wish to bring something along or buy something from the shops. Mostly flat and easy going, there will be some mud and maybe a domesticated goat being taken for a walk on a lead.
