Overview

Our walk follows Isaac’s Tea Trail along the River East Allen to Pry Hill.  We then head towards Sinderhope and up onto the moor taking in a corner of Allendale Common to Stob Cross. We descend through farms and fields to Allendale - and the prospect of tea and cake in a local café.  Weather permitting, the views are lovely!

There is some uneven ground along the river and across some fields, and quite a few stiles (including stone stiles).  The route also takes us over a short section of country road at Sinderhope and a track on the moor.
