After a short walk through the housing and crossing the main road, we enter Jersey Park to walk through the stunning gardens. Walking to the end of the park we enter we enter Briton Ferry Forest. We visit Cefn Cwrt Reservoir a quiet place for restful contemplation. We return to the main path through the forest and follow paths to the eastern side of the forest. We return to Jersey Park using a section of the coastal path. If you undertook the Baglan Station Walk, you will recognise part of this walk.
After the current rain sum of the paths are muddy and you could slip, walking poles are recommended. There are no idea locations for comfort stops or meal locations. The railway station car park is small and was flooded there is plenty of space for on street parking.
