Circular from Helix Park, Falkirk : From the Kelpies car park to Helix North trails, across Abbotshaugh Bridge then follow the River Carron downstream; pass Bothkennar Pools then along the Wagon Way to Brackenlees Road; return via field margin tracks, minor roads and the canal towpath to the Kelpies and the start.
