Overview

Join us for a lovely fourteen-mile hike in the Kent Weald. Starting at Borough Green & Wrotham Station, we head out to Basted then Platt to pick up the Wealdway. Onwards across Mereworth Woods to Gover Hill, then we meet the Greensand Way and on towards the lunch stop at West Peckham Green, on the green by the church; there is also a locally owned community pub. Continuing on towards East Peckham before reaching Yalding and picking up the river Medway towards Wateringbury.

Lunch stop at 6 miles - please bring a packed lunch. 

Cafe or pub at finish.

Travel: Take 9:55 from Victoria (10:12 Bromley South), arr. 10:39 Borough Green & Wrotham.

Trains back to London from Wateringbury, changing at Paddock Wood.
