Meet 10am at the canal bridge plenty of parking along the lane between the 2 bridges. 
8 miles, a mixture of field paths and tracks some gates/styles/walls to climb over. A little mud/water but mostly okay but poles would be useful
From the canal bridge walk a little way along the road, over fields and track to Endon house, up steps at the side of the quarry, over top of saddle of Kerridge down into Rainow. Over fields using some of the old mill workers paths to Oakenbank, Lima Clough, Rainow low, Bilinge head farm, track and fields to Harrop fold farm, Further Harrop farm, Harrop wood, take the track and gritstone trail to Hedgerow, Oakenbank, through Savio house grounds to Ingersley vale. Climb up to Cow lane, Jacksons lane over fields to track and canal back to cars
