Kibblesworth

Please meet at the Kibblesworth pit wheel.  This is on a busy junction so please park considerately on the street as near as you can.

This 4.8 mile walk is around the countryside surrounding Kibblesworth Village and is mostly on farm land adjacent to woodlands, a small section of country lane and a small section on the Bowes railway path.  There is one short steep incline and it is wet.  There is a path which may be muddy so walking poles are advised for these sections.  There are some lovely trees on the way and a footbridge with a view of the river Team.
