We are the Windsor & District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the historic centre of Langley, the walk takes us across farmland into Langley Park where we will make our way to the visitor centre for refreshments, and toilets. The return route is through the arboretum and around the Lake. The route is fairly flat with some kissing gates. It could be muddy after rain. We should see plenty of daffodils in the arboretum. This is a joint walk with Slough U3A.
Meet at the front entrance to St Mary's Church, St Mary's Road, Langley. Free parking available in either St Marys Road or nearby Minster Way or Barchester Road where there is a footpath through the church yard to the front of the church. Beeline bus number 3 from Slough to Uxbridge passes along the Langley Road. Alternatively, Langley TFL station (Elizabeth Line) is a 12-minute walk away from the start of the walk.
