Overview

Meet at Lawford Church car park for a circular walk via Manningtree Quay and Mistley and on for a picnic lunch at Bradfield, which has been arranged to be eaten in comfort inside The Village Maid, provided each walker buys at least one drink from the bar. Note that it is a slightly longer than preferred return stretch.
