Overview

A fairly flat walk through attractive East Staffordshire countryside.  Starting from St Peter's Church car park in the charming village of Marchington, we walk through fields and country lanes into the Dove valley.  We cross the busy A515 and continue to the village of Draycott in the Clay from where we follow rights of way up Marchington Cliff from where there are good views of the surrounding countryside.  We continue to Forestside Farm and onto Stock Lane in Marchington Woodlands before returning to Marchington village via more field paths.
