We are the Manchester and Salford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk around Levenshulme's green spaces. We walk along the Levenshulme cycle path, flat ground , beware of speeding bikes -a walk around the secret lake uneven ground , muddy in winter .We then walk back along the cycle path to Highfield country park uneven paths in places , can very muddy at times.
We meet at station south cafe on Stockport road /Crayfield . Station south cafe closed on Mondays but other cafes to use toilets if you purchase a coffee at the start of the walk.
Family friendly walk , well behaved dogs allowed.
Station south Café, Stockport Road. Get to the walk via 192 bus along Stockport Rd ,alight Crayfield road.
