Overview

Our walk will take us through Wimbledon Park and then up to Wimbledon common for a coffee break/early lunch stop at the Windmill.  We’ll then wend our way through the common to Robin Hood Gate entrance to Richmond Park.  Our route then takes us up to Penn Ponds and through Sidmouth Wood to exit the park at Richmond Gate. We’ll then drop down to the Richmond towpath via Terrace Fields and finish our walk at Richmond Bridge.  Easy to Moderate. Please note there is likely to be mud and there will be no lunch stop, (Forms most of Section 6 of Capital Ring).
