Overview

Start the walk from the West Port in Linlithgow and walk up Preston Road and join the canal and walk East for 1 mile and then up a farm track to Parkley Craigs farm. Then head passed Preston house and walk through the double gates on the right to Williamscraig and back to the West Port.  All of the walk is on good paths.  If this is too long a walk for you, you could dip in and out of the walk as it is all on our door steps.  This walk shows the best of Linlithgow with amazing views of the road/rail bridges and over to Fife.  We can use the West Port Hotel for tea and coffee after the walk.   A recce has been done for this walk and the paths are dry and clean.
