Overview

Join Mary for a linear walk of about three miles, exploring this fascinating area at the edge of the City.  Discover an ancient burial ground, visit the birthplace of Methodism, see the home of the British Army’s oldest regiment, a monument to the inventors of the Christmas Cracker and see the home of the ill-fated playwright Joe Orton.  Finishing at Angel Station (London Underground Bank branch of the Northern Line)  Toilets and refreshments.
