Overview

This stretch of the Countryway passes through part of the North Kent Downs along some beautiful paths, and through some well wooded areas, then in the second half of the walk we leave the hills and go through part of the 'Garden of England' with its orchards and finally pass the neolithic burial chamber at Coldrum Stones.

Bring a picnic, we will have a brief lunch stop and will aim to visit a pub for a drink at the end of the walk.
