Overview

Starting from Whittlesford's recreation green, this figure-of-eight walk starts with a 3.3 mile loop through Sawston, followed by a 1.7 mile loop around Whittlesford.  As most of the walk is on good surfaces (mainly pavement, with a few small cross field stretches) it is an ideal walk during autumn and winter.  There are no stiles.  Note: start time is 10:30.

Bring drink/snack for mid-morning break.
