A linear mud free walk through 6 miles of almost unbroken green space in the middle of London. We will be taking in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Green Park and St James’s Park. Much to enjoy including waterside walking by the Serpentine, the Italian Fountains, the Diana Memorial Fountain, as well as views of Kensington Palace and the Albert Memorial. There are usually snowdrops in St James’s Park at this time of the year. Coffee break at the Lido Cafe where toilets are available.
The walk finishes at St James’s Park tube station.

Meet at Pret A Manger on the corner of Oxford Street and Great Cumberland Street, 1 minute from Marble Arch tube station. The leader is planning to be having a coffee there from 1010hrs. Rather than waiting outside in the cold, you are welcome to join him for a hot drink and use the toilets. PLEASE NOTE THE LATER THAN USUAL STARTING TIME OF 1030HRS FOR THIS WALK.
