Hi All,
Are you ready with for another fantastic walk with yours truly? Go to Clachnaben near Banchory a lovely route that is part forest and pass hills that ends with magnificent stone formations (I'm sure its magic). The route is 9.3 km so I reckon we can crank it out in 3 hours. The elevation is only 551m however I would still consider this walk of moderate difficulty so please make sure you are fit to attend.
We will meet up at the Glen Dye Car Park at 9 am on 3rd of November and go from there. If you need a lift or are willing to give lifts to people please post in the event. The car park is rather limited so I would encourage for people to carshare as much as possible.
We are dog friendly but please let us know beforehand when taking your pet.
We will continue to register attendance using the Ramblers App. If you are a Ramblers member, it would be really helpful if you could either bring your membership card along, or download and login to the Ramblers app. If you are not a Ramblers member, I will ask for your name and contact number/e-mail at the start. ***If this is your fourth or more walk with AYW then you need to have Ramblers membership: http://www.ramblers.org.uk/become-a-member.aspx
Any questions please feel free to get in touch with me.
Looking Forward to seeing you there!
Stay Awesome :)
