Overview

Meet 10am outside Court Garden House in Higginson Park.  Use Pound Lane Car Park SL7 2AE or limited free parking is available in a lay-by on Lower Pound Lane. (Higginson Park end). After visiting the bronze statue of Sir Steve Redgrave we begin our 10 mile circular walk making our way along a pleasant stretch of the River Thames.  We then follow a mixture of footpaths through woodland, meadows, nature reserves and Marlow Common which do include a couple of climbs and descents.  We will be pausing for coffee at Harleyford Golf Club and stopping for a pub lunch or picnic in Bovingdon Green.  If you would like to join this walk please text or call the walk leader by 7pm the evening before.  If you’d like a guaranteed sitting in the pub please inform the walk leader as early as possible.  Liz H 07443 453567
