Leaving car park head off across heath land towards Black Tiles Pub and take path around Plymouth Brethren building and new housing estate, down Run Meadow towards Red Lion Pub. Crossing the Main Road along School Lane towards Sluice Woods and the Boat Yard. After passing through Boat Yard take the path around Martlesham Creek and then back across the Suffolk Wildlife Trust area. Cross Newbourne Rd into Walk Farm Woods and the Community Centre.
