Overview

West Mendip Walkers moderate 8.5 mile circular walk from Mells village car park (BA11 3PZ). The walk starts from Mells village carpark, and heads towards Great Elm where we pick up the East Mendip Way past Whatley and Chantry where we turn back to Mells. There is a picnic spot where we shall lunch with viewing platform to view the quarry. The walk includes a few small hills and currently quite muddy.
