Welcome to Capital Walkers, the friendly London Ramblers group for people aged 40+. We walk every weekend and usually at least once during the week.
A walk from Angel Underground Station to Marylebone Station following places on the Monopoly Board. This is a joint walk with London Strollers and will be at London Strollers pace, not normal Capital Walkers pace
We start at The Angel Islington - the third cheapest property of the Monopoly Board. We walk up Pentonville Street and find Waterworks- actually a water reservoir. We continue down the hill to Kings Cross Station - one of the four railway stations on the Monopoly Board.
We will stop at Euston Station for a toilet and coffee break .We then walk up to the Euston Road (but rather than walk along it will walk a couple of street parallel to it) and then onto the Euston Road before diverting into Regents Park and to our final destination of Marylebone Station.
