Starts at 10.30 am. Meet at the Rock Quarry council car park at the western end of Rock village. SW 928 758. Inland, picnic at Polzeath, and then return on the coast path - the tide will be out so much of the return journey will be on sand. 5.8 miles, 3.5 hours. Easy to M.
