Oswestry Ramblers welcome people who enjoy walking and the countryside. We walk twice a week mainly in Shropshire and Wales and help improve local footpaths.

After leaving the car park at the Stonehouse Brewery (Morda) the initial part of the walk heads towards to Nant-y-Caws, following the lane signposted Sweeney Mountain, joining footpaths which pass through fields and wooded areas . The final part of the walk returns back through Nant-y-Caws and Morda , returning to the Stonehouse Brewery where walkers may like to have a drink.
There are several stiles / gates along the route including ones that have been installed by the Ramblers.
Walkers would benefit from having walking sticks.
