Overview

The walk will be along quiet country lanes, through woodlands & fields. Starting in Maresfield, passing near Five Ash Down & Fairwarp.

It may be muddy in places after the recent rain. Fairly easy walk, a few hills but nothing serious, though there is one steep downhill section.

Park at Maresfield bowls club. Battsbridge road. Going south on the A22 Maresfield by-pass at the roundabout with the A272 take the first exit. The entrance to the bowls club is then on your right.
