Overview

Explore with Phil some of this cheeky little river's path as it makes its way from the slopes of Mynydd Myddfai down toward the Tywi. Set in gently rolling farming countryside around Myddfai, we head down the southern side of the valley to cross at a ford, and return on the northern side.

Tea and cake of course at the Myddfai Community Hall to follow.
