Overview

Meet and park  at First Wood Street CP, off Welsh Row, walk up Welsh Row to canal, join towpath and walk to site of 1644 Civil War battle. Cross canal to Acton, walk along road to join footpath to Marsh Lane, then footpath to Edleston Bridge, follow footpaths to mere and River Weaver into Nantwich, through part of the town back to CP off Welsh Row.
