10.00am Nelson Pitt (car park charge, free roadside parking or park at Coppice CP and add half mile to walk to start) 945 834.
Approx 9.5 miles and 1300 feet ascent

Down canal, footbridge, Green Farm, into Lyme, Pursefield wood, Knights Low wood, up to Bowstones, down Sweet Hill, Cornfield Rd, school, Bollinhurst bridge, along reservoirs, cross main drive in Lyme, North Cheshire Way (or track), Windgather, Nelson Pitt.
Mainly good tracks but lots of tree roots in wood!
Bring food and drinks for coffee break and lunch stop.
