Join me on an easy, stile-free stroll through this country park that provides an oasis for wildlife in the midst of our town. From the car park we will set off through some quality housing before taking a leafy footpath that traverses Walmley Golf Course and leads to Penns Lane. We then follow the Plantsbrook stream and the well made paths of the country park before returning to the car park with a streamside stroll.
After the walk we will adjourn to The Fox, Walmley for a drink and a chat. You must remember to record your car reg number to avoid a fine if parking in the pub car park.
