Starting from Spark Lane, next to the Rufford Arms, this is an easy, flat circular walk taking a stroll through Mere Sands woods and field paths and tracks in the Rufford area and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Please remember to bring a packed lunch and a warm drink for the lunch stop approx half way round.
