Overview

A gentle circular stroll to experience the park and its wildlife at night.  We will enter and leave using the pedestrian access at Kingston Gate in Queens Road as the vehicle gates will be closed. No dogs please.

There is will be no moon so please bring a torch.  We will stroll to Pen Ponds and back. We will use good paths wherever possible but all paths may be uneven and we need to be aware of the increased risk of tripping.  Boot are therefore recommended. For those that wish to learn how to get closer to the wildlife we will discuss how to use our innate night vision to reduce the need for torches. We will also have some periods of stationary silence to listen to the night activity around us.

Optional drink afterwards at The Albert.
