North Cornwall Adventure - Day 2 - Tintagel

This is the second day of the Hampshire 40+ Group Trip to North Cornwall with all places taken. This walk starts in the centre of Tintagel and there is plenty to look forward to including two sections on the coast path with stunning shoreline views and plenty of undulating challenges! Quiet lanes and fields, a variety of stiles and a walk through St Nectan’s Glen which is a lovely wooded walk that follows alongside the River Tevillet. Just when you think there isn’t anymore to look forward to…..there is!! Before rejoining the coast path, the walk ventures through the rocky valley which also follows the river and has some impressive scenery! There’s even a toilet stop opportunity around one third of the walk at Trebarwith Sands!
