Walk along the lanes up to Norcott Hill on the edge of the Ashridge Estate. Cross fields to Tom's Hill House and Norcott Hall. We then descend through woodland and fields to the canal and find ourselves back on the lane to take us back to the start. Great views towards Wigginton. Two stiles.
Northchurch Recreation Ground Car Park off A4251 (not the adjacent Sports Ground), Tring Road, Northchurch, Berkhamsted HP4 3SF (SP968 092) Note the car park is not so visible as it is behind a hedge. If coming from Berkhamsted it is located next right just after Mandelyns HP4 3XH
