This is a moorland walk from Blackstone Edge, circling Stormer, Cowberry and Yellow Hill. On a clear day, views are outstanding.

Pennine weather can be notoriously changeable, so walkers are advised to dress accordingly and prepare for potential muddy terrain. Bring a packed lunch, but enjoy the knowledge that a reward awaits you at the White House public house at the end of the walk! Dogs welcome but under close control please. 

Parking is free and public transport runs along Halifax Road in the form of the 901 from Huddersfield/Hebden Bridge and the 587 from Halifax through Ripponden and on to Littleborough.
