Overview

The walk starts near West Farm (west of Southerndown) with a short ascent to Groes Farm, then along the road through Heol-y-Mynydd. (This part is likely to be very muddy). The walk then descends through grassy sand dunes to the Ogmore River before a gentle incline parallel to the river back up to the sea front. The walk crosses the sea front car park at Ogmore (on Wales Coast Path) before cutting back up to the start point.

There is limited off-road parking and please car share if possible.
