We are the Craven Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A moderate to easy Walk, starting off out of Malham and up and over to Hanlith. Along the river Aire to Airton, then through undulating fields, eventually dropping down to Kirkby Malham and back to Malham along the Mill Race.
Points to note: A mix of gates and stiles between fields and steepish steps at last bit down into Kirkby Malham (care required as can be slippy).
This walk is not suitable for dogs.
Sometimes due to unforeseen events or well publicised bad weather, walks cannot go ahead. If a walk has to be cancelled this will be publicised here against the walk details. If you are planning to attend this walk please check that it is proceeding before setting off to the start point on the morning of the walk.
