Overview

Starting at Pebmarsh Village Hall, this walk heads south down a lovely wooded valley past Prestons Lake and across to White Colne Church, where we will stop for coffee.  The walk continues south to Chalkney Wood, where we hope to see fields of bluebells (weather and seasons permitting!).  From Chalkney wood, we head back north into Earls Colne for lunch at the church.  After lunch we briefly follow the River Colne, before heading north again past Colne Engaine and back to Pebmarsh.
