The start is the Torphin No 16 Bus terminus on Torphin Road. Ascending White Hill, across boggy heath to ascend a small rocky knoll, Capelaw Hill, Harbour Hill, returning via the road by the side of Torduff reservoir. Parking available on Torphin Road. Start time 9.30 am. Finish 3pm. Note there are rocky paths in places.
It is around 9.5Km and 480 M ascent mostly on paths some of which can be muddy. Gaiters and poles recommended.
