Overview

A lovely walk with wonderful views starting out from Pilleth church a long steady climb taking in an old Motte & Bailey castle site to the trig point on Litton Hill. Following old farm tracks into the valley, then climbing again up onto an old route that will take us down into Pentre and lead us along to Cascob church. We then return to Pentre and take a different route up to Litton Hill and down, heading back down to Pilleth. Some small sections of this walk are done twice.
