Overview

IMPORTANT we organise on Meetup so please RSVP to the event there.

Meet at Potton Brooke end car park SG19 2TL at 10.30 am.

From here we will pass through woodlands to Sutton and then open fields to skirt Biggleswade via the Common. We can pause here for lunch. Then we enter the different world of the RSPB Sandy Lodge bird reserve, which is like a wooded sandy hill and heath land. We can pause again for the Cafe, Toilets and shop. From Sandy Lodge we follow a wooded track with views of a sand pit and the Sandy Heath TV transmitter and then return to Potton, where further refreshments may be obtained.
