Overview

Join us for the one of two pre-AGM walks - a moorland walk above the upper reaches of Hexhamshire. From Kingslaw Plantation we follow the Broad Way over the moor to Hangman Hill.  Descending on the track to Harwood Shield, we cross fields to Stobby Lea and Folly.  Our return is via Broadwell House and a footpath across the lower slopes of Lilswood Moor.

Please note the earlier start time of 10am.  This is in order to return to the village hall by 1.30pm (where soup will be provided for lunch before the meeting).  We will have a short coffee stop on the walk.
