Overview

Starting from the Punch Bowl car park we cross over to Satnall Hills and then down to a lovely section of the Staffordshire & Worcestershire canal towards Haywood Junction and Essex Bridge.

We then follow a stretch of the River Sow towards Seven Springs, and from there make our way back to the Punch Bowl.

We will stop for a break during the walk so please bring your own refreshments.
