Overview

From the car park of Pype Hayes Park we will head into meadows and drop down to walk alongside the brook. Then we will follow a surfaced path alongside the brook, crossing Penns Lane and passing the Ramada hotel. We will pass the Pool Spinney and go into Newhall Country park for a circuit passing the water mill. Walking mostly on well made paths or boardwalks. There is one slight climb and one steeper climb. There are no stiles.
