Circular Walk: Coastal path from Barry via most Southern point of mainland Wales at Rhoose to East Aberthaw Nature reserve returning an inland route via Rhoose station, Porthkerry church and Park.

Train from Cardiff Central 9.38 train to Barry - (usually platform 8) - buy a return ticket to Barry.
